Custom Truck

Custom Truck was incredibly helpful in getting a cover for my 2024 F150 pickup. I made my original order over the phone and I blew the length calling for a 6.5 foot bed and it was actually a 5.5 foot bed on my newly acquired pickup. They had ordered a 6.5 foot as I had requested over the phone and it was ready to be installed. Fortunately they had a 5.5 foot cover in stock. I had driven all the way from Nine Mile Falls and it was wonderful to see how they worked with and helped me out. After everything was cleared up, it only took about an hour for installation and demonstration of access features. Bottom line: I strongly recommend Custom Truck for your after market needs. Sincerely, Phil

They did a great job with the cattle guard on my Power Wagon! There were a couple issues with shipping and installation, but they went above and beyond to make everything work. It looks amazing now! This isn’t the first time they have worked on my truck and always do a great job at reasonable prices. I’ll always take my vehicles there for any accessories or upgrades!

Very professional and affordable. Actually less than online for what I wanted and got done. Spray liner, Truxedo cover and rack. All very nice, highly recommend. Also they did my Truxedo on tundra 16 years ago.

Custom Truck of Coeur d’Alene absolutely sets the standard for what a customer experience should be. From the moment you walk in, you can tell they operate at a completely different level. The showroom is spotless, well organized, and thoughtfully laid out, everything is easy to navigate and visually impressive. What really blew me away was their VIP customer lounge. It’s not just a waiting area, it’s an experience. La-Z-Boy recliners, beautiful fish tanks, fireplaces, TVs, and every comfort you could think of… and then some. You actually enjoy being there. Their service matches the environment. Professional, attentive, and clearly focused on doing things right the first time. You can tell they take pride in their work and genuinely care about their customers. If you’re looking for quality, professionalism, and an experience that goes way beyond expectations, this is the place.

I had such a wonderful experience with Custom Truck! I came in trying to surprise my husband with something he had mentioned wanting for his truck, and I honestly wasn’t even sure exactly what I needed. Kelly was responsive, incredibly helpful, and patient. He truly made the whole process stress-free. The work was done beautifully and professionally — you can tell they really care about quality. While I waited, I was pleasantly surprised by their lovely lounge area, which made the install time comfortable and relaxing. Everyone I interacted with was so kind and welcoming. I’m so grateful for their help in making this surprise happen. Highly recommend!
